Wedding cakes and cupcakes
At Baked by Butterflies, we work with you to create a cake design for your wedding cake or cupcake tower that reflects your tastes and personality. Every cake is individually designed with your day in mind. Decorations and accents are created to match your wedding theme and venue decorations.
Your wedding cake will be the focal point at the reception venue and we love seeing your memorable "cutting of the cake" photos.

When to book your cake baker / cake decorator?
We limit the number of wedding cakes we take on to ensure that we deliver you the best service and products possible.
- May to September: 12 months in advance.
- October to March: 6 months in advance.

Don't worry if your wedding day is sooner than guidelines above, get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
Wedding cake deposit:
To book us, we require a £100 non-refundable deposit payable by bank transfer (details sent by email).
Please phone to make sure we are available on the date.

All our cakes are freshly baked for your wedding.

Wedding cake decorations:
Baked by Butterflies' prices include standard decoration, at the minimum this consists of a 15mm satin ribbon and iced caked board.
More elaborate designs or coloured icing will be added to base pricing.
Wedding Cupcakes:
A cupcake tower gives you plenty of flexibility in terms of numbers, flavours and designs. The cupcake tower can be complemented with a 6" or 8" cutting cake.
Cupcakes are made with the same delicious recipes as the stacked cakes. Cupcakes can be served at the wedding or presented to your guests as favours.
Cupcake decorations are colour coordinated to match your wedding colours and theme. Mixed flavours are common on a cupcakes tower, we invite you to inform us of any allergens your guest may suffer from as we can offer gluten free, dairy free, eggless, vegan cake or vegetarian cakes.
Food Allergens
Our cakes are made in a kitchen environment that handles nuts.
Please advise of any special requirements before placing an order.

Our wedding cake range include vegan cakes, vegetarian cakes and cakes to cater for food allergens such as gluten free, wheat free, dairy free and eggless.
